I had to do something similar and used a free tier Google compute server to copy the files.

This is time consuming and will go against any bandwidth caps your seedbox has in place.

rclone copy gscrypt:media gsuite:media This will copy the files down to your server, un-encrypt them, and re-upload them to an un-encrypted folder. But this takes time and should probably be done from the seedbox. If they are encrypted, you can use rclone to copy them into an unencrypted folder. If they are not encrypted, it should be easy enough to mount the Gdrive folder with your files in Windows and then point Plex at that folder. If you can go to and see your files and play them, they are not encrypted. Now if you upload anything to gscrypt: it will be encrypted, and in the crypt folder in gsuite, you will see encrypted files. You should have a second section for the encrypted files, let's call it It will have a type of crypt and it's remote will be something like gsuite:crypt You should have one called something like this is the unencrypted drive. I can see and play the files on Google Drive. With rclone though - I'm not entirely sure if it's being encrypted. I know StableBit costs $$$, but I wanted to be sure of my options before pushing forward. I tried to set everything up in Ubuntu, but after facing a few errors and issues, I figured I should just do the smart thing and use something more comfortable like Windows. I have a computer that I am going to turn into a Plex server + cloud storage server + etc. The transfer is rclone encrypted and I have the password/salt. I use a seedbox to download and transfer files to Google (Suites) Drive because my ISP has a data cap.
